Orders are typically processed within [1–3] business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Express Shipping [2–9 business days]

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to South Africa. Additional customs fees or import duties may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Issues

6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
